1. Our Services

Namaste Clean provides professional cleaning solutions for both residential and commercial spaces. The specific services will be confirmed during the booking process and detailed in your final quote.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or messaging platforms.
  • A confirmation will be sent once your booking is finalized.
  • We may reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances—with prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All quotes are free and non-binding. Final pricing depends on service scope, time, and condition of the premises.
  • Payment is due in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, UPI, and major digital platforms.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.
  • No refunds will be issued once a service is completed, except under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure efficient service, we kindly request that you:

  • Provide timely access to the premises.
  • Secure or remove any valuables or sensitive materials.
  • Inform us in advance about pets, delicate surfaces, or any special requirements.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Namaste Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage due to unstable furniture or fixtures.
  • Our team is insured and professionally trained. Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you’re unsatisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the affected area at no extra charge.
  • This guarantee does not apply if the issue arises from post-cleaning activity or misuse.

8. Health & Safety

  • We use safe, industry-approved cleaning products. Please notify us about any allergies or sensitivities beforehand.
  • Our team reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions (e.g., pest infestations, biohazards, etc.).

9. Privacy Policy

  • Your contact and booking information is kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law.
  • We do not store any payment information.

10. Changes to Terms

Namaste Clean reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of significant changes before they take effect.
